If you do purchase your very own personalised animal portrait, please note that I can then offer to transform your personalised portrait into any of the products in my shop – Prints, Mugs, coasters and greeting cards. These could add as a nice extra alongside your portrait for either yourself or family and friends!

How to book your portrait

Step by step process

Step 1.

Booking

Booking is simple and easy.

By clicking the link next to your option size, you will be able to start the process on enquiring for a quotation.

All portraits very in pricing due to time and complexity of each portrait.

Once I receive your message, I aim
respond within 24 hours with your quotation. From there if you choose to continue with your portrait we can then book you on the waiting list.

Timeframes can vary based on the amount of bookings already in place.

If you have any specific time constraints, please don’t hesitate to notify me and although I cannot guarantee to meet them, I can try to accommodate as best as I can.

Step 2.

Photograph, personality and requirements

My aim is to make your piece as personalised and special as I can.

For this, I encourage as much input from you as you can. I generally ask for 4-5 photographs to get a real feel for their personality and characteristics.

Any information of your pet would help me in really bringing the finished article to life.

When you click the below link to enquire, there is options to attach photographs and add any notes about your pet that you think would be helpful.

I will then reach out prior to starting the piece for any more information that will be helpful.

Step 3.

Confirmation
and payment

Confirmation and payment
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

This is non-refundable as it will be
a place on the waiting list that could otherwise be occupied by someone else.

Once the deposit is received, the timeline can be agreed and confirmed.

Step 4.

Completion
and delivery

I will be in touch leading up to commencing the drawing in case
of any final details that need to be confirmed.

Once the drawing is complete, I will be in touch with a picture of the outcome and an invoice for the final amount to be paid.

Once payment is received, I will prepare of delivery and get it sent as soon as possible.
